How to order?

International customer:

Place your order from the Online Shop, provide us with your PayPal account under the ‘Order notes’. We will sent you the PayPal invoice for payment.

Singapore customer:

Place your order from the Online Shop, we will sent you the Paynow and Paylah for payment.

What is the shipping cost?

International customer:

We charge flat rate for international shipment at SGD9 via international registered airmail. International buyer can opt for faster shipping method via Fedex, DHL, TNT, EMS at SGD40. We will provide the tracking number once it becomes available.

Singapore customer:

Free shipping via normal mail for buyer located in Singapore. Singapore buyer can opt for registered mail with tracking number at SGD5.

What are the packing process?
We always check all our products and pack properly with bubble envelop before we ship them out to customers.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

International customer

Singapore customer:

Bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah

When the order ship out from the store?
All orders are normally ship within 1 to 3 working days upon received the payment. In the event if we unable to ship your order on time, we will notify you by email.
How long will delivery take?

International customer:

Registered airmail: 7-21 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Fedex, DHL, TNT, EMS: 3 to 5 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

We are not responsible for the shipper delay as we have no control over the shipper.

Singapore customer:

Normal mail via Singpost: 2 to 5 working days.

Registered mail with tracking number: 2 to 3 working days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, PayPal account, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

We need to remind all customers that we need the details shipping information to ensure 100% delivery to you: Full name, Full Address with postal code (ZIP code), Mobile number.
Back order.
We always try to maintain the sufficient inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of inventory for certain products due to overwhelming response. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information.
